Edna Lovita is an online fashion and jewellery store delivering orders within South Africa.
We currently offer two PAXI delivery options:
- PAXI Store-to-Store — R60
- PAXI Store-to-Home — R120
The delivery option and applicable fee will be selected when you place your order.
1. PAXI Store-to-Store — R60
With our Store-to-Store option, your parcel is sent to a participating PAXI collection point of your choice.
The courier fee is R60 per order.
Once your parcel arrives, you can collect it from the selected PAXI point.
This option is ideal if you have a convenient PAXI collection point nearby and would prefer a lower-cost delivery option.
PAXI's standard Store-to-Store delivery time frame is generally 3–5 or 7–9 business days, depending on the service used and destination.
Please note that these are estimated delivery time frames and do not include the time required for Edna Lovita to prepare and dispatch your order.
2. PAXI Store-to-Home — R120
With our Store-to-Home option, your parcel is delivered to the address provided when placing your order.
The delivery fee is R120 per order.
Delivery time frames may vary depending on your location, the PAXI service used and circumstances within the delivery network.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied with your order are correct.
3. Order Processing & Supplier Lead Time
Edna Lovita is an online-based store, and some products are sourced from our suppliers after an order has been placed.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for us to receive your product from our supplier before your order is prepared for dispatch.
Your order will therefore generally go through the following process:
1. Order placed & payment confirmed
Your order is received and payment is confirmed.
2. Product sourced from supplier
We place or fulfill the relevant supplier order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for the product to reach us.
3. Order prepared
Once your product has arrived, we inspect and prepare it for dispatch.
4. Order handed to PAXI
Your parcel is handed to PAXI using the delivery option selected at checkout.
5. Delivery / collection
The applicable PAXI delivery timeframe begins once the parcel has entered the PAXI delivery network.
Please note
The 1–2 week supplier lead time is separate from the PAXI delivery timeframe.
For example, if you select PAXI Store-to-Store, the estimated PAXI delivery period begins after your order has been received from our supplier and handed to PAXI.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if there is an unexpected delay in sourcing or preparing your order.
Because supplier availability and delivery times can occasionally change, the 1–2 week period is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate with you and discuss the available options.
